The Management Board of Image Power S.A. announces the adoption of a resolution to commence work on expanding the Company’s operations to include book publishing and film production. This expansion aims to diversify revenue sources while leveraging the Company’s experience in the creative industry.
This resolution is directional in nature and does not prejudge the final organizational and legal form. The Company’s Management Board has decided to conduct legal, economic, and business analyses to determine the optimal approach for operating this new business area. A decision regarding the final legal model for operating this new business area will be made after the analysis is completed. The Company’s activities in the gaming industry remain unchanged.
